I will help you overcome hurdles and attain yours. I understand that all aspects of your life have an impact when creating your individual fitness plan.

Create a plan tailored to your individual needs

I understand that adapting new performance habits is difficult. My focus is to offer changes so that your goals become a focused clear pathway. If you practice with a GOAL specific program, you increase your chances of attaining your goals. Plans include detailed, Movement Assessment, Force Plate Testing, VO2 MAX Testing and 1RM Max Test/Rep Test, To build an individual specific training plan with additional dietary advice to complement your program. I will work closely with you to keep you on track and motivated.

With over 20 years of experience in the world of athletics, representing one of the UK’s most prestigious clubs Birchfield Harriers and proudly represented England and Great Britain. This has allowed me the privilege of working with some of the best coaches, physios and supporting specialist from around the world. This has given me first hand insight into how to build goal specific plans, adapt when needed and ultimately achieve your goals.
